Using only the best ingredients found throughout the world, the enticing range
of Colefax Chocolates are hand made daily guaranteeing quality and freshness.

With collectively over one hundred years of chocolate making experience, we insist on using only the very best Belgian Couverture to deliver both innovative and traditional chocolates of unsurpassed quality that will tantalise even the most particular of taste buds.

For over 20 years now, we have continously used only one brand of Belgian Couverture, Callebaut, which contains a minimum of 31% cocoa mass. Our specialty range designed for the connoisseur has up to 80% cocoa mass content.

Made daily within our purpose built kitchens, Colefax practice time honoured traditions and techniques of chocolate making to produce the finest chocolates without compromise.

Ideally served at room temperature and kept in temperate conditions of around 18 degrees Celsius, Colefax Chocolates are best enjoyed within 21 days of their creation, however will keep up to three months if stored correctly.

Over the past 8 years alone, Colefax Chocolates has received over 130 industry awards for product excellence, while our retail outlets have won Sydney and NSW Small Business Awards for excellence.
